I never heard about website 2Game. Today I found some "wrong" information. it brought me to decide to buy. But I checked first and then asked support about this info. So It's technical Issus. The support is so kind and apologize to me for getting wrong issue by giving me discount code!

I had an error on my order and after reporting it to the staff, they quickly solved the problem for me.

Bought a game, said under review. Got a notification that my money was taken out by PayPal. Go back to website and see "contact customer service". I check my email, no email stating this. I check my PayPal, money is taken out. They did not notify me of any issue. I emailed their help desk and then intiated a refund through PayPal. This was an unacceptable practice.

You should absolutely not take money out of an account without providing goods. If you need to verify me for some reason, hold the taking of funds until you can verify me. This was not a quick and speedy transaction.

Bought a game and clicked on reveal key, guess what it says? "The product cannot be sold" WHY ARE YOU SELLING IT THEN. I want my money back.

Update: I got my money back pretty much instantly after contacting support, they even gave me a 15% discount code, so i'll update my 1 star review with 4 instead because of that. Quick, polite support response and refund is always appreciated :D

I was able to buy the desired game fast, the UI was very user friendly and optimized. My key was not available momentarily, but I contacted the customer support and they assisted me fast and with care!

Bought 1 game and it got the key after a minute or so, then I try to buy a different version of the game (for a friend) and and got sent to customer support, which has not responded.
Edit: they closed my order and gave me a refund

Purchased a Steam key which was on sale for a historical low. A discount code was utilized to lower the price further. After attempting to purchase with Visa (rejected for an unknown reason, no inquiry was made), the product was successfully purchased via PayPal. The Steam key was provided on their website and then redeemed on Steam without issue. When contacting 2Game support, they generally responded by email within an hour.

Note: After my order, I was asked by 2Game if I could leave a review. There was no attempt by 2Game to influence my potential opinion.
